Refund policy

Refunds are handled case by case. Here is exactly what applies and how to ask for one.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge you are querying.
  • Send your request to help@mundo360-mx.com from an address we can reply to.
  • Include the mobile number the subscription is billed to and the date of the charge.
  • A charge that was not authorised by the account holder is refunded in full once verified.
  • A charge raised after your cancellation was confirmed is refunded in full.
  • A technical fault that prevented access for a billing period is refunded for that period.
  • Approved refunds are returned through your mobile operator and appear on your mobile account.
  • Processing times depend on your operator and are outside our control.
